This nifty program lets you change the pattern in your scroll bars.

ScrollBarPAT is an application so it doesn't use up any extra RAM like INIT's and control panels. And unfortunately, the patterns can only be black and white. :(
To use ScrollBarPAT, you just press the right or left buttons to see the different PATs, then press Install to change your scroll barﾕs pattern to the selected pattern. The Import button allows you to add patterns to the list of PATs, and the Delete button removes PATs. You can also choose to view either PATs or PAT#s in the import window, they differ in the way they are stored in files and some files will have one or the other and some have both. And should you wish for the good old patterns that Apple originally sent with your Mac, just select the ﾒUse Defaultﾓ item in the File menu. Also, if you really liked the pattern that you had before you ran this application, and want to revert your changes, just press the ﾒRevertﾓ or select the menu item from the ﾒFileﾓ menu button.
Known Difficulties
It doesnﾕt work with system 6.0.5, but does work with 6.0.8.
Unknown Difficulties
I'm not sure if the way I change the pattern will work with other programs that change or modify the scroll bar. So if someone has a different program that changes or modifies the scroll bar, please tell me if this program works with the other program, so I can notify people in later releases.
ScrollBarPAT does work with DoubleScroll and AltCDEF, at least the versions I tried work.

Registration:
ScrollBarPAT is $5 per user.
A Site License costs $100 (roughly equal to 20 users) and covers all locations for your organization within a 160 kilometer radius of your site (100 miles). One big advantage of a Site License is that you do not need to keep track of how many people at your site are using the software. A World-Wide License costs $400 and it covers all locations for your organization on the planet earth.
Registering ScrollBarPAT is fairly simple. You can either send the fee directally to me at the address above, or use the included Register program. (Read the How To Register file if you're not sure how to use Register.)

Distribution
ScrollBarPAT is ｩ1995 by Mike Tilstra. It can be freely distributed as long as it is not modified (except for adding patterns to the resource fork) and thereﾕs no charge for it, but it may be included in any commercial package with my consent.
All online services and bulletin boards may make it available to their users at no charge other than the normal connection fees.
All non-profit user groups may distribute it at no charge.
All magazines may publish it on floppy disk without asking me first, as long as I get a copy of the issue containing my software.
All CD-ROM shareware collections and CD-ROM magazines may include it without my prior consent, as long as I get either a copy of the CD-ROM or an offer to buy the CD-ROM at a discounted price.
All redistribution companies such as Educorp may distribute it, as long as I get a copy of each media containing my software and a catalog of the companyﾕs offerings (where applicable).
